The main hook is used to lift heavy objects while the auxiliary used to lift light objects,the auxiliary can also be used for collaborative main hook tilting or tipping the material. However, don't use the two hooks to lift at the same time when goods weight is over the auxiliary rated capacity.

Q. Whether your product with any certificate such as ISO CE SASO or other certificate necessary in customer's country?
A: We have ISO certificate for all products and CE certificate for Euro type crane,if you need any other necessary certificate please communicate with us in advance, we can offer you reference fee together with our offer.

Q. Is it possible for your technician to visit customer's site for communication so that to help them get a perfect solution.
A: Yes, it is ok for us to offer such service, but customer need to offer round-trip ticket,visa fee , engineer's security, salary and accommodation.

Q. For customer's custom clearance job, can you offer special documents such as Form E, China-Australia CO. Etc?
A: Absolutely no problem, if you need this please let us know in advance.

Q. Can you offer installation service after customer receive your crane,and also offer a tool list so that we can prepare the installation tools in advance?
A: Yes, we can send engineers to your site for installation guiding job and send you one tools list for installation job in advance.
