5~50/10t MG Type Electric Double Girder Gantry Crane with Hook have box type and truss type, the former have good techniques and easy fabrication, the latter is light in dead weight and strong in wind resistance. For different usage, MG gantry crane also has cantilever and noncantilever gantry crane. If have cantilevers, the crane can load the goods to the crane edge through the supporting legs which is very convenient and high efficiency.

Main Features of MG model gantry Crane:

1. Crane wheels and axles have undergone high-frequency quenching and quenching and tempering treatment, which effectively eliminates internal stress and ensures machining accuracy.

2. The main beam plate mainly adopts radiographic inspection and ultrasonic inspection to weld the joint and corner seams to ensure the welding quality.

3. In the field of main beams, the first to adopt intelligent and efficient welding robots, the seam welding of the main beams adopts advanced MAG, the use of Ar+Co2 Mix shielding gas, and the outer side of the four main beams adopts submerged arc welding fillet welders.

4. Using rolled steel drums or seamless steel pipes, Henan Mining Crane Co., Ltd. has an industry-leading production and processing line for rolled steel drums, from a 1250t pre-bending press, to three roll bending machines, to the longitudinal seam of the cylinder. Hehuan automatic welding center welding and heavy-duty CNC horizontal lathe processing cylinder.
