MD type electric wire rope hoist is a small-size lifting equipment,it could be installed many type cranes, such as overhead crane, gantry crane, jib crane, and it can be mounted on single-beam.Through slight modification, electric wire rope hoist can be used as a winch. So, it has a wide usage. MD type wire rope electric travelling hoist is a necessary lifting equipment in order to improving working conditions, which has the advantages of raising working efficiency and reducing manpower consumption.
Generally,MD type hoist has two speeds:normal speed and low speed. When providing low speed,It can meet the requirements of precision loading and unloading, sand box clamping, machine tool maintenance and other fine operations. Therefore, compared with the CD single-speed wire rope hoist, the MD type hoist is more widely used.
Special instructions: Wire rope hoists cannot use single phase. Therefore, when customizing, it is necessary to indicate whether single phase is used. If it is, chain hoists are recommended.
mines, harbour,warehouses and shops.

Drive mechanism:
Like the CD type electric hoist, the MD type electric hoist also uses a conical rotor motor, the difference is that it is driven by a normal and slow double motor. That is to say, ZDS1 type double motor is used, which is composed of two motors with different powers (that is, two motors whose power decreases according to a constant speed ratio) ZD1 type and ZDM1 type, which are connected by a gear transmission device. When the power supply is connected to the slow-speed motor but not the normal-speed main motor, the toothed brake wheel of the main motor and the fan brake wheel are pressed together to form an output stage transmission gear, and the torque generated by the auxiliary motor passes through the shaft. The extension gear is transmitted to the output stage transmission gear of the main motor, and the slow speed is obtained by the output of the main motor shaft. When the power supply is connected to the normal speed main motor, the main motor generates an axial magnetic pulling force to overcome the brake spring force, so that the fan wheel and the toothed brake wheel of the main motor are disengaged, and the rotor of the main motor starts to run immediately, and the constant speed is obtained.
