PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MGC type subway turn slag designated hook gantry crane with adjustable span

MGC type subway turn slag designated hook gantry crane is a special gantry crane developed by our company according to the use requirements and process conditions of subway construction and combined with general gantry cranes. It is specially used for overturning mud and lifting segments during subway construction.

Structure: The crane is composed of a gantry, a trolley (equipped with a hoisting mechanism, a trolley operating mechanism and a hydraulic turning mechanism), a cart operating mechanism, a cabin and electrical equipment.

1. According to the different pouring directions, the outriggers can be divided into two types: A-type and U-type.

2. The running mechanism of the crane adopts 8-wheel 4-drive form, and is equipped with a rail clamp for wind protection. When the crane is working normally, the clamp of the rail clamp leaves the track. When the crane stops working, the operator puts down the clamp and clamps it. Hold the track to prevent the crane from sliding.

3. The hoisting mechanism adopts the hanging beam as the spreader, and there is a hook that can rotate freely in the middle of the hanging beam, which is used for lifting and transporting segments and other materials.

4. There is a hydraulic turning mechanism on the trolley, which consists of a hydraulic workstation and a slag turning hook. When the hanging beam lifts the slag hopper up, the driver controls the action of the hydraulic turning mechanism, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the slag turning hook to retreat to a specific position, then the slag hopper is lifted to the top of the slag turning hook, and the driver controls the slag turning hook to advance to the bottom of the slag hopper. When the slag hopper descends, the eccentric turning shafts on both sides fall on the slag turning hook and continue to descend.

FEATURES
