5/5 Ton Electric Double Girder Overhead Crane with Hook and Grab is composed with Girder frame, Crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device,Cabin and cable and electric control system. There is rails paved on the main girder for the trolley moves on the main girder.

There are walkway platform on both sides of the main girder, one side is prepared for assembly of driving motor and maintenance the crane move device, the other side is prepare for assembly of the trolley conductor device.

There are two operating methods, namely, on floor and in the driver's cabin, The cabin is divided into open-style and closed style. The cabin can be installed on the left or right according to actual conditions.The operator can enter the cabin from one side, rear or top, which depends on the different user's requirements.

The cabin is of full field of view, and it is suspended under the main girder, there are two joystick control desk installed in the cabin, to control the lifting up and down,trolley tranverse traveling and crane long traveling.

The main girder joint with the two side end carriage by welding,this design and structure is strong and robust.
