The structure of the single girder metallurgical crane consists of three main parts: the bridge, the metallurgical electric hoist and the electrical system. The bridge is used to support and move the load longitudinally and consists of a metal structure and a running mechanism. The metal structure includes the main beam, the end beam and the main and end beam connection. The running mechanism consists of four parts: drive unit, transmission unit, brake unit and wheel set. The electric metallurgical hoist carries the lifting and lateral movement loads. The electrical system consists of the main circuit and the control circuit.
