LDA electric single-girder bridge crane is a kind of light-duty lifting equipment with CD or MD electric wire rope hoist as the lifting mechanism, with reasonable structure and strong rigidity of the whole machine.

LDA type single girder bridge crane mainly includes four parts: metal structure (main beam and end beam), travelling mechanism, electrical part and lifting mechanism.

1. Metal structure part: the main beam adopts U-shaped groove formed by steel plate, and then forms a box-shaped main beam with I-beam. According to customer needs, it can be specified whether we need to provide rails. The main beam and the end beam are connected by bolts; in addition,the installation methods of the rails are divided into three types: welding method; bolt fixing method; hook bolt method.

2. Travelling mechanism: The electric hoist and the crane travelling are driven separately. The driving and braking are completed by the conical rotor brake motor, and the transmission type adopts the "open-closed" gear transmission.

3. Electrical equipment: The running motor is a single-speed asynchronous conical rotor brake motor, and the running speed is 20m/min;

4. Electric hoist: The hoisting mechanism of CD/MD electric hoist mainly includes electric motor, coupling, reel, reducer, hook part; the running mechanism is composed of electric trolley, running motor, running reducer and driven trolley ; The electrical device of the hoist is composed of an electrical control box and a limiter, including a button switch, and the operating voltage of the button switch is 36V.
