Improved Standard Electric Hoist Double Girder Overhead Crane 20/5t-10.5m Light duty
LH type Double-girder electric hoist bridge crane is a new type of double-girder bridge crane. Based on the introduction and digestion of foreign advanced technology, our company takes the modular design theory as the guide and modern computer technology as the means to introduce optimized design and reliability.
It adopts the unique design method, adopts imported configuration, new materials and new technology to complete the new crane with light weight, generalization, energy saving and environmental protection, and high technology content. The hoisting mechanism of this type crane is a fixed electric hoist in the form of CD/MD/HC.
The design, manufacture and inspection of this crane all comply with the relevant national standards, and equivalently adopt some foreign standards such as FEM, DIN, and IEC. The core components of the transmission mechanism,the reducer, are all made of hard-toothed surfaces and high-precision gears. The pair plus the application of steel drums, forged wheels and frequency conversion speed control systems make this type of crane a replacement for both economic and social benefits crane.
Application:
LH type double girder electric overhead traveling crane is suitable for general workplaces, the working environment temperature is -25~40°, the working duty is light, so it is not suitable for heavy workshop work. Usually used in machinery manufacturing, assembly, petrochemical, warehousing and logistics, power construction, paper-making, railways industry, etc., where the lifting frequency is low or the rated lifting tonnage is small and the number of lifting times is small.
Features & Configuration:
Compared with the general QD type double-girder bridge crane, LH type crane has the advantages that the self-weight is reduced by about 15-30%, and the wheel pressure is reduced by about 10-35%, which can reduce the crane's requirements for the plant structure and save plant manufacturing costs in the early stage of construction.
(1)The main beam adopts the off-track box structure, and the end beam is connected with high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation. Specialized processing equipment ensures the connection accuracy of the main and end beams and makes the crane runs smoothly.
(2)The hoisting trolley is an open and compact hoisting structure, and European-style hoist trolleys can also be used for medium tonnage according to customers’ requirements.
(3)The running mechanisms of the trolley and crane adopt the European technology three-in-one drive form, and the hardened surface reducer has a compact structure with low noise, no oil leakage and long service life.
(4)Due to the use of European-style compact trolley and high-strength materials, the overall crane is small in size and light in weight. Compared with QD type traditional crane, the height of the plant can be reduced under the same lifting height, which effectively reduces the cost of the plant.
