Product classification

1. Heavy twist net, also known as large size twist net, or gabion net, is made of high-quality steel wire by twist net machine. This product is widely used. It can be used for slope support, foundation pit support, shotcreting on rock surface of mountain, planting (greening) on slope, isolation and protection of railway and expressway. It can also be made into gabion and stone mat, which can be used for anti scouring protection of rivers, dams and seawalls, and riprap cage for reservoir and river closure.

(1) Galvanized large wire hexagonal mesh is woven with high-quality low-carbon steel wire. The tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 35kg / m2, and the diameter of the steel wire can reach 2.0 mm-4.0 mm. The surface of the steel wire is usually protected by hot galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized protective layer can be made according to the requirements of customers, and the general galvanizing amount can reach 200g / m2.

(2) Galvanized wire covered with plastic hexagonal mesh is a kind of hexagonal mesh with various specifications, which is wrapped with a layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of galvanized wire. Generally between 2.0-4.0 mm, the tensile strength of gabion wire is not less than 38 kg / m2, the weight of metal coating is generally higher than 245 g / m2, and the diameter of edge line of gabion wire is generally larger than that of mesh wire. The length of the double stranded part shall not be less than 50 mm to ensure that the metal coating and PVC coating of the stranded part will not be damaged.
