Introduction of fiber demister :
The fiber demister also known as a fiber mist eliminator or fiber bed filter, is a device used to remove fine liquid droplets or mist from a gas stream. It plays a crucial role in separating entrained liquids from process gases in a variety of industries.
The fiber demister consists of two concentric screens or parallel flat screens filled with compressed fiber pads.
Fiber demister are individually designed and manufactured with enclosures made of a variety of alloys, thermoformed plastics or fiberglass reinforced plastics.
