Production Process:
(1) Fully automatic hot-rolled steel ball production process
Manual placement and storage rack → automatic feeding device feeding → feeding device for the nip roll in front of the furnace → heating in the electric furnace → rapid discharge of the nip roll → entering the rolling machine → rolling ball heat treatment and quenching system → steel ball residual temperature automatic Tempering device → finished steel ball → packaging.
(2) Semi-automatic roll forging steel ball production process:
Round steel blanking → automatic induction thermoelectric furnace heating → pre-forging forming → rolling forging into balls → automatic isothermal transmission → heat treatment quenching system → back to incubator → packaging.
(3) Production process of air hammer forging steel balls:
Round steel blanking → automatic induction thermoelectric furnace heating → air hammer forging → automatic isothermal transmission → heat treatment quenching system → return to incubator → packaging.
