ET20C full-automatic notching and flanging bending machine adds the function of automatic notching and cutting for flat metal material on the basis of existing bending machine. The notching and cutting are controlled by servo system, which is high precision, fast speed, strong stability.

Manipulator alternately feeding structure, the material clamps are casted which can avoid scratching the material, meanwhile improving the feeding holding. Using spring to press the material, avoid material uneven and ensure the smooth feeding.

Double bends alternate bending structure, adopts the bends structure cast by ductile iron, which has good shock absorption and high structural strength, reduces the number of parts and components, equipped with high-power servo motor, which effectively improves the positioning accuracy and the ability of high-speed bending.

2) The feeding structure adopts double ball screw with nylon gear transmission, ensuring smooth feeding and accurate positioning, greatly improving the feeding speed and stability of the machine.

To use the device, you need to install the control card in your computer and then connect to the bending machine and install the software.Computer configuration : XP system or window7 32-bit system, and requires a PCI card slot to install the control card.

The use of equipment should be equipped with air compressor, we suggest that the selection of more than 4kw, the gas flow is 0.6m³/Min.

The software of bending machine is self-developed. Import file format supports .Dxf.Plt .AI We recommend using Coredraw or adobe illustrator to complete the file after the export file to.Dxf.Plt.Ai format. Then open the operating software, select the document.
