Adopting the progressive clamping feeding design, the feeding torque is large and the precision is high, which effectively avoids the waste of materials and fundamentally saves the cost. Through the perfect combination of feeding clamp, high-quality ball screw and linear guide, high-power servo drive, it can meet the high load working condition, and cooperate with the material pre-straightening system, eliminating the feeding slipping and deformation of the sheet during the feeding process.
The precision mechanical bending system performs good when processing thick plates and high-side materials. The software is easy to operate, and the processing graphics do not need to modify the nodes, which greatly improves the work effciency. It is the preferred bending machine for high-side words.

The software of bending machine is self-developed. Import file format supports .Dxf.Plt .AI We recommend using Coredraw or adobe illustrator to complete the file after the export file to.Dxf.Plt.Ai format. Then open the operating software, select the document.
