Ejon ET80 Wide Edge Heavy Automatic Bending Machine

ET80 is a heavy Channel Letter Bending Machine launched for the need of large neon sign making.

It adopts CNC lathe tool as slotting tool, with high strength and low loss. The knife grain has 4 edges on both sides and no need to sharpening. Equipped with oil mist lubrication cooling function, prolong the life of knife grains. Adopting progressive clamping feeding design with large feeding torque and high precision, thus effectively avoided material waste and fundamentally saved the cost. The perfect combination of material jig, high quality ball screw, linear guide rail and high power servo drive make it easy to work at high load working state. Cooperating with the material pre-straightening system, the feeding slip phenomenon as well as the deformation of metal sheet is eliminated and avoided in the traditional rolling feeding process. Precise mechanical blade systems perform better against thick plates and big wide materials. Software operation is simple, processing graphics without modification of Node, greatly improve the work efficiency.

As we know, the heavy material slipping is the main problem in the traditional rolling feeding. Ejon made a perfect combination of material jig, high quality ball screw and linear guide rail to tightly hold the material, meanwhile developed the material pre-straightening system to avoid the deformation of plate. Therefore, the material waste is effectively avoided, and the cost is fundamentally saved.

How to guarantee the feeding accuracy?

The encoder closed loop control system automatically compensates the feeding length to ensure the feeding accuracy within ±0.1 mm.

How to guarantee the smooth and steady feeding?

In case of irregular material height, the pneumatic support automatically adjusts the height to ensure smooth feeding.

Does it convenient to operate such a large machine?

Ejon equipped a computer support with the machine, more ergonomic and convenient to operate and place as you like.

How to guarantee the bending effect?

High power 4 axis servo control system has the characteristics of large torque and high precision, and can easily and efficiently feed and bend thick and high-edge materials, with low noise and no dust in the machining process.

Does the blade need to be changed frequently?

Ejon ET80 adopts CNC lathe tool as slotting blade with high strength and low loss. The blade has 4 edges on both sides and no need to sharpening. Oil mist lubrication cooling function prolongs the life of the blade.

To use the device, you need to install the control card in your computer and then connect to the bending machine and install the software.Computer configuration : XP system or window7 32-bit system, and requires a PCI card slot to install the control card.

File Format

The software of bending machine is self-developed. Input file format supports .Dxf.Plt .AI.
