ASTM A213 This specification covers seamless ferritic and austenitic steel boiler, superheater, and heat-exchanger tubes, designated Grades T5, TP304, etc.
General Requirements: Product furnished to thisspecification shall conform to the requirements of Specification A 1016/A 1016M, including any supplementary requirements that are indicated in the purchase order.
Manufacture: Tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: Full or isothermal anneal normalize and temper of 1250°F [675°C] or higher.
Surface Condition: Ferritic alloy cold-finished steel tubes shall be free of scale and suitable for inspection. A slight amount of oxidation is not considered scale. Ferritic alloy hot-finished steel tubes shall be free of loose scale and suitable for inspection.

Embedded G Finned Tubes
Embedded G fin tubes, are mechanically embedded into a groove that is plowed into the outer diameter of the base tube. This groove is typically about 0.4 mm deep.The fin strip is tension-wound and placed into the groove.
Base tube material: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, copper tube;
Fin: Aluminum 1060, aluminum 1100, T2 copper;
Application: air cooler, heat exchanger, heater, radiator economizer (Suitable for high temperature environment, limit temperature 350℃).
