Welded Helical Serrated Finned Tubes ASTM A312 TP304H For Economizer Boiler
Definition
Serrated spiral fin tubes are important parts of advanced heat exchangers, the combination of serrated fins and spiral configurations maximizes heat transfer while maintaining structural integrity.Tube and fin materials may be carbon, stainless steel, copper, ferritic alloy or austenitic alloy steel and can be of similar or dissimilar material combinations. The fin strip is cut or serrated at equally spaced intervals, fins are attached to the tube using high-frequency welding techniques, ensuring strong and durable connections while minimizing thermal distortion.
Detailes of ASTM A312 TP304H Base Tubes
ASTM A312 This specification covers seamless, straight-seam welded, and heavily cold worked welded austenitic stainless steel pipe intended for high-temperature and general corrosive service.Welded (WLD) pipe shall be made using an automatic welding process with no addition of filler metal during the welding process.
Grades TP304H, TP309H, TP309HCb, TP310H, TP310HCb, TP316H, TP321H, TP347H, and TP348H are modifications of Grades TP304, TP309Cb, TP309S, TP310Cb, TP310S, TP316, TP321, TP347, and TP348, and are intended for high-temperature service.

Advantages
The fins are serrated, the unique fin shape, creating a larger surface area and promoting turbulent flow, which improves heat exchange efficiency. The serrated design and spiral configuration enhance thermal performance compared to traditional fin tubes, internal more smooth, internal flow resistance is small.
The robust constructionensures strong joints, providing durability and reliability in demanding environments,Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low contact thermal resistance, high stability and long service life.
The installation is simple and economical. It is easy to maintain. After the installation of high frequency welding spiral fin tube, it is no longer necessary to maintain.
With a versatile application, suitable for a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation:
*Heat exchangers, boilers, furnaces and refineries: Ideal for use in various types of heat exchangers, including oil coolers, condensers, and evaporators.
*Power Generation: Commonly used in power plants for efficient heat recovery and steam generation.
*HVAC Systems: Utilized in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to improve energy efficiency.
*Chemical Processing: Employed in reactors and heat exchangers where optimal thermal performance is critical.
