Helical Solid Welded Finned Tubes ASTM A335 P22 Fin 11-13 Cr For Power Generation
Detailes of Base Pipes
ASTM A335 This specification covers nominal wall and minimum wall seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipe intended for high-temperature service. Pipe ordered to this specification shall be suitable for bending, flanging (vanstoning), and similar forming operations, and for fusion welding. Selection will depend upon design, service conditions, mechanical properties, and high-temperature characteristics.

Fins 11-13 Cr
Fin material of 11-13 Cr refers to a fin material made from stainless steel with a chromium content of 11-13%. This material provides good corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, making it suitable for applications in corrosive and high-temperature environments
Definition
High frequency welding fin tubes are specialized tubes that are manufactured using a high frequency welding process. This technique involves using high-frequency electrical currents to heat the edges of the metal, allowing them to be fused together without the need for additional filler materials. The general materials of base tubes and of fins about the HF welding finned tube are carbon steel, alloy, stainless steel, etc.
Advantages
The heat exchange area is large, reduce heat transfer and metal flow, reduce the installation space of the required heat transfer surface and at the same time, it has high reliability.
Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low contact thermal resistance, high stability, anti ash ability, and the stiffness and seismic performance of steel pipe are improved.
Because of the high welding speed and strong self cooling effect, the heat affected zone is small and oxidation is not easy to occur. Therefore, the microstructure and properties of the weld are very good.
The pressure drop on the tube side is reduced and the operation cost is reduced.
