Manufacture: Tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be cold drawn.
Surface Condition: Finished tubes shall be free of scale. A slight amount of oxidation will not be considered as scale.
Hardness Requirements: The tubes shall have a hardness number not exceeding 72 HRB.
Heat Treatment: Tubes shall be heat treated after the final cold draw pass at a temperature of 1200°F [650°C] or higher.

Embedded G Finned Tubes
Embedded G fin tubes, the fin is mechanically embedded into the groove, which is plowed into the tube, and then locked into place by back-filling with the base tube material. The G fin is made by tension winding a fin strip, typically made of aluminum or copper, into a groove that is machined on the outer surface of the tube.
Processing technology: the fins are tightly embedded in the outer surface of the mechanically slotted base tube.
The base tube can be made from various materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and copper.
The fins are usually made from aluminum (e.g., Al 1060, Al 1100) or copper (e.g., T2 copper).
Application: HVAC air cooler, refrigeration, condensers, heat exchanger, power generation, heater, radiator economizer (Suitable for high temperature environment, limit temperature 350℃).
