• The equipment consists Glue spray machine, moving cantilever actuator, controlling system and track accessories. This machine is used for large size sandwich board such as refrigerated delivery car insulation board etc.
• The automatic glue coating adopts cantilever type the length of moving track is 14m, the length of swing arm is 3000mm, the head can be moved up and down on the cantilever, and the digital program is used to control it.
• The working area is 12 m × 2.8 m, and the mixing ratio is adjustable. It has self-cleaning function.
• The glue spraying is around 6-8 kg / min, and the amount can be adjusted continuously.
• The size of the base is 2m × 1.8 m (length × width) and the length of the cantilever is 3.75 m.

• Mobile systems:

The mobile electrical system uses three-phase five-wire power supply. The main circuit is three phase AC 380 V, and the control circuit is single phase AC 220 V. Use circuit breaker as short circuit and overload protection. Transformer isolation is used between servo driver and main circuit, with walking mode and spray mode. Touch screen or button control cabinet can be operated. Added emergency debugging mode, in walking mode, if the PLC or touch screen failure can not automatically spray, can start manual spray.

There are two ways to set the spray position: one is to read the location points by walking mode. Second, according to the beginning of the plate, the distance between the end point and the rubber head is converted into pulse number, and then click the position box in the touch screen to input the data.

When the machine working, the glue pump feeds directly from the 200-litre A and B Chemical drum. The flow control of the glue chemical is realized by a set of metering system. The glue is dropping on the board through the spray multi-nozzle.
