Performance characteristics
  • Two-component maximum amount:4000g/min;
  • Mixing head is air-blow mixing structure;
  • Lining width adjustment range:600-2500mm, can automatically adjust the covering width according to the product.
  • Using PLC, man-machine interface and sensors for digital controlling, can achieve automatic feeding, preheating,dry air-filling, pressure keeping, glue, start and stop production line and other functions;
  • Need solvent cleaning after spraying pause with automatic return for waste throwing.

Control Mainframe

- The operation panel is placed in the upper part of the electric box, which is easy to operate and observe, including 7-inch man-machine interface screen, start-stop

button, stop button, temperature control setting and nameplate etc.
- Two 100-liter for A/B material;

- Measuring gear pump is from special chemical grade gear pump, with

accurate, durable and other characteristics.
- Ratio adjustable from A/B pump motor inverter.
