History:

In Jan.1993, Shijiazhuang Cold Bending & Welded Pipe Technology Institute was founded（predecessor of the company）， mainly devoted to the design ,R&D and manufacture of cold bending & forming welded pipe equipment.
In Feb. 1997, Shijiazhuang Zhonghui Cold Forming & Pipe Welding Equipment Co., Ltd was established.
In July 1998, supplied HG219 pipe mill line for Xinjiang Eighth steel and the line has still been working well until mow.
In 1999, the new steel and plastic composite pipe mill line was developed successfully for the Dongtai of Chengdu & Lijin of Guangzhou.
In 2000, the export of HG50, HG76, HG114 welded pipe mill lines to Thailand started the step of global market;
In 2002, the four-tandem cold rolling and hot rolling pipe mill lines, and several welded pipe mill lines exported to Uzbekistan remained working well.
In 2004, more than 20 welded pipe mill lines and slitting production lines exported to Kazakhstan and Viet Nam still worked well, which won reputation for Chinese manufacturers;
In Dec. 2006, 300×300×12(mm) direct-forming for square and Cold-rolling sectional Steel mill line was successfully put into production in Nanjing ShunLi Steel Group;
In May 2007, we were the first company who was authorized Certificate of ISO were 9001:2000 in pipe making machine.
In Oct. 2007, the special pipe mill line of the air cooled condenser for power plant was successfully developed and put into production in Guizhou Air Group.
In Nov. 2007, we had been the number of council director of Cold Rolling Sectional Steel Branch in China Steel Structure Association.
In Dec. 2007, the φ160×1.2 & φ140×1.0 heavy caliber and thin wall thickness welded pipe mill line got first successful trying & running in Chusheng special motor Co., Ltd in Hubei.
In Jan. 2008, the guard fence plate production line was put into work smoothly which was supplied for the first high way in Kazakhstan.
In May 2008, the short length and high speed flying saw was developed with min length of 100mm and the cutting speed of 120 times /min.
In Sep. 2008, we signed with Poland partners after we got the CE certificate, and then stepped into the EU and American market successfully.
In Oct. 2008, we were the first to make round-adapted air cooling pipe mill line, and the products run well in the air cooling companies at home and abroad.
In Dec 2008, Hebei Hengjie Pipe Industry Co., Ltd, was founded and it was energy saving and environmental protecting project of the government, which is devoted to the development and production of air cooling pipes as the inspection standard of SPX in USA and all the indexes can compete with the level of imported pipes.
In Oct. 2009, absorbing Japanese technology, through constant research and improvement, high precision stainless steel and titanium pipe were successfully developed which was widely used in aviation, space, nuclear power and the desalinization of sea water etc.
In Jan. 2010, we won the bidding of more than ten high precision and HF welded pipe mill lines of Bao Steel Group and Xinjiang Eighth Steel to produce high grade oil transmission pipe which is a sign of stepping into high-technology, high precision & cutting-edge technology enterprise in the field of welded pipe equipment.

Our project team will work with customer and our technical service team to ensure smooth implementation of the project in accordance to customer schedule. Installation supervision available and where necessary, skilled worker can be arranged for the complete mill installation, including the electrical wiring works.
Testing & Commissioning
Our technical service team has been trained for complete mill technical services, including mill DC drive, HF welding machine, flying cut-off control systems, PLC and machine automation. This ensures total responsibility for the mill running as well as completion with the least time. Training for commissioning and maintenance staff is normally provided for the customers.

Combining R & D and manufacturing, we have machining, quality control, equipment assembling, debugging, training ability, fast post-sale service guarantee system and components supply system in more than ten years’ development.
