2.Leveling device

7 rolls leveling, 3 rolls up and 4 rolls down
Diameter is Ø 76mm, chrome and HRC60 heat treatment to secure the smooth surface

3.Pre -Punching and pre-cutting device
Share one Hydraulic station with Hydraulic Cutting Device
It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the
dimension and cut the target products
Components: It contains one set of blade, one hydraulic cylinder and one cutter machine.
Cutting blade material:Cr12
Hydraulic station pressure: 20 MPa

4.Control Box: Panasonic Japan Brand
Adopted PLC , transducer, touch panel from Japan to ensure high speed with stability, precision and lifetime. Other electric element are Schneider
(1) Power supplier: 380 V, 50 Hz, 3Phase (adjusted with the requestment)
(2) Length & quantity measurement automatically.
(3) Length & quantity controlled by PLC.
(4) Length inaccuracy can be amended easily.

5. Terms

Payment type:30% T/T prepaid and 70% TT balance should be paid before loading
Delivery time:60days after receving advance payment.

Guarantee period: 12 months free service/ pay service all the machine life

Installation and training
If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how to install and use the machine, and also train your workers/technician face to face.
Without visiting,we will send you user manual and video to teach you to install and operate.If buyer needs our technician to go to your local factory,please arrange board and lodging and other necessary things
