4. Pressure limit and the controlling system

Working pressure of the Polyester polyol and the WDP should be between 5-10Mpa. If the working pressure is over this range, the PU computer will be on automatic protection state.

5. A/B groups’ flow capacity controlling and the testing unit (hydraulic controlling)

According to the output capacity of the pump and the technological requirements of the groups’ mixing proportion, coordinating with the adjusting handwheel of the measuring pump to test and adjust the two components flow capacity parameter and the mixing proportion parameter to realize the testing and controlling of the groups’ flow capacity.

Installing

2)The buyer should supply with the lift, carrying equipment, tools and operate, and there will be special workers to coordinate the installing and testing work.
