High Speed 50-120m/Min 0.60 Mm Ceiling System Omega Profile Furring Channel Roll Forming Machine
Theceprofiles produced from hot-dip galvanized steel by cold forming method and used in suspended ceiling systems by connecting to Omega Ceiling U profiles with special clips.
Thickness is normally 0.4-1.2mm. Raw material could be: cold-rolled steel, Galvanized steel, PPGI, high-tensil steel.
If you need to more efficiency and high speed, then we recommend you adpot the servo flying shear with no stop system, the Max. whole line speed can be reached at 50-120m/min.
Also we can design the machine as your requirement or drawings.

3. Application
Omega furing channel is a hat-shaped corrosion-resistant framing component used to furr out masonry walls and ceiling assemblies. In concrete wall applications, furring channel is installed vertically to the wall surface using concrete nails or power-driven fasteners.
Gypsum panels are then screw-attached to the furring channels. In drop ceiling applications, furring channels can be attached directly to the underside of the building structure using Metal Furring Channel Clips, tie wire, screws or power-driven fasteners. Heavier gauge furring enables greater spans and loading capacity. 18- or 16- gauge furring is commonly used for purlins in exterior applications.
