CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine With Gcr15 Roller / Chain Drive PLC Control

Description

Purlin is widely using in industry building. The machine can forms different size through change some rollers position. And also can punch and cut automatically as setting.

Main Advantages

1. High speed:4- 10m/min( Including punching and cutting time)

3. Online punching, we can even punch the holes on the two flanges.

4. From C to Z or C to Z without changing the rollers, only needs to press the button on the touch screen.

5. Universal blade for all the C&Z sizes. There's no NEED for changing the blade, only need to adjust the screws. It will save too much time during the changeover size.

6. Stable strutures: using H-beam for the under frame, and the thickness of the side plate for holding the shafts is over 50mm.

7. The rollers are using bearing steel, do quenching treatment after CNC. It can be used for over 5 years without losing shapes.

8. Long life working time

9. Good after service: We will provide after sale services all year. We two techicians special for after sale serivces, they stay outside all year to do services.
