Din rail profile
A DIN rail is a standardized metal rail used to mount electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, and other devices inside electrical panels or enclosures. The name "DIN" stands for Deutsches Institut für Normung, which is the German Institute for Standardization, as the rail's dimensions and specifications were originally standardized by this organization.
DIN rails are typically made of steel or aluminum and come in different profiles, the most common being:
Top hat rail (TS35): The most widely used type, with a 35mm width, often referred to as TS35. This profile has a shape resembling the letter "hat" when viewed from the side.
C-rail: A channel-shaped rail used for heavier-duty applications.
G-rail: A less common variant.
Applications
Hat Type Din Rail Machine Advantage
1.The roller is solid and electroplated, which will not have rust
2.The material are all national standard.
3.The board is cost iron frame and all milled and polished.
4. Only need one main power wire
5. Two people to operate it
6. Compacted machine to save space
