1 If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how to install and use the machine, and also train your workers/technician face to face.
2 Without visiting, we will send you user manual and video to teach you to install and operate.

If buyer needs our technician to go to your local factory,please arrange board and lodging and other necessary things.

6. Our Warranty:

1. The warranty will be maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during guarantee period, we will provide the parts to charge freely, which is in the conditions of correct operation.

2. If the equipment are out of work in the guarantee period, the buyer need our repairman to go to buyer’s factory, the buyer should be responsible for the tickets(including round-trip ticket), the fee of transportation to the buyer’s factory andaccommodation. Required to change spare parts, the buyer should afford the freight fee and we don’t ask extra fee.

Installation

If installation is needed, the seller will dispatch a technician to the buyer’s factory abroad to assist regulating the machine with charge free. The buyer should assist the seller to get the Chinese technician's visa and should pay for the roundtrip air ticket and the local accommodation.If installation is needed, the buyer shall make the following preparation before arrival of technicians. Position the machine in the buyer’s factory.

Prepare necessary electric wiring. Prepare material of trial running. Provide labors for assistance and installation during installation.
