Structure of Guard Rail Roll Forming Machine

1. Decoiler
  • Passive loading with one head on one side
  • Max. loading weight: 8000Kg
  • Max. Diameter of coil: 1600mm
  • Max. width of coiler: 600mm
2. Feeding-in & Leveling
  • Metal sheet is sent to guiding wheels (both left and right side are adjustable)
  • Metal sheet is sent to delivering roller diameter is 180mm, material is steel S45C, quenched 48°C-52°C
  • Leveling is done by three rollers upside and four rollers downside, which are all quenched surface treatment.
3. Punching (both left and right side are adjustable)
