SUPER DUPLEX STEEL BW FITTING ASTM A815 UNS S32750 90 LR ELBOW
Overview
A815 S32750 fittings are pipeline fittings made of duplex stainless steel material, which have excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. The following are the production process, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and solid solution requirements for S32750 pipe fittings.
Advantages of S32750 duplex stainless steel:
- High strength: S32750 duplex stainless steel has extremely high strength and hardness, several times higher than ordinary stainless steel.
- Good corrosion resistance: S32750 duplex stainless steel has good corrosion resistance in highly corrosive media such as chlorides, sulfates, and organic acids, especially in seawater and marine environments.
- Good toughness and impact toughness: S32750 duplex stainless steel has good toughness and impact toughness, and can cope with complex mechanical and physical stresses.
- Low coefficient of thermal expansion: S32750 duplex stainless steel has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which can avoid stretching and shrinkage problems during temperature changes.
The production process of S32750 fittings mainly includes the following steps:
- Raw material preparation: Firstly, the dual phase stainless steel plate or pipe needs to be pre treated with cutting, chamfering, and cleaning.
- Bending and forming: Raw materials are processed through bending machines, forming machines, and other equipment to create the shape of pipe fittings.
- Welding: Weld the formed components to ensure the integrity of the pipe fittings.
- Heat treatment: Heat treat the welded pipe fittings to obtain the required mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
- Surface treatment: Surface treatment of pipe fittings, such as polishing, pickling, etc., to improve their surface quality and aesthetics.
