Detailes Of Monel 400 / NO4400 Tube
ASME SB 163 This specification covers seamless tubes of nickel and nickel alloys, as shown in Table 1, for use in condenser and heat-exchanger service.
Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments. It is also resistant to hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid, making it highly desirable for applications in chemical processing industries. MONEL 400 exhibits good mechanical properties and can be easily fabricated and welded. This alloy is commonly used in seawater valves, pump shafts, and marine equipment.
