ASTM A335 P9/1Cr9Mo Chromium Molybdenum Alloy High Pressure Boiler Pipe Heat Resistant Steel A335P11, P22, P91, T91 Seamless Pipe, Round Rod, Plate, A335 P9 is a high-temperature chromium molybdenum alloy heat-resistant steel produced using American standards. Due to its excellent oxidation resistance, high temperature strength, and sulfide corrosion resistance, it is widely used in high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive pipelines in petroleum refining and chemical equipment, especially in direct heating pipes of heating furnaces. The medium temperature can reach 550~600 ℃.The approximate steel grade in China is made of 1Cr9Mo material, and the 1Cr9Mo alloy pipe complies with GB 9948-2006 "Standard for Seamless Steel Pipe for Petroleum Cracking".

Manufacturing process
1. Hot rolling (extruded seamless steel pipe) : round tube billet → heating → perforation → three-roll skew rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → Stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydraulic test (or detection) → marking → storage
2. Cold-drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe: round tube blank → heating → perforation → heading → annealing → pickling → oiling (copper plating) → multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling) → billet → Heat treatment → straightening → hydraulic test (inspection) → marking → storage
