Stainless Steel Welded Tubes ASTM A249 TP316L Boiler Heat Exchanger Condenser
Stainless steel 316L pipe is composed of a chromium-nickel-molybdenum austenitic stainless steel alloy containing 2-3% molybdenum, with less than 0.03% carbon in its composition. This combination gives the tube a high strength, with a minimum tensile strength of 560 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa. Stainless steel 316L tube can withstand temperatures up to 870 degrees Celsius in intermittent service and 925 degrees Celsius in continuous service. 316L stainless steel seamless tube is constructed by a cold drawing process, which draws the tube from a single raw material billet , therefore, the steel pipe is seamless and has a high dimensional accuracy.
