What is Stainless Steel U Bend Tube?
Stainless steel U-tube is also called heterogeneous heating tube. In the high temperature resistance stainless steel seamless tube uniformly distributed in the high temperature resistance wire, in the gap part densely filled with good thermal conductivity and insulation properties of crystalline magnesium oxide powder, this structure is not only advanced, high thermal efficiency, and uniform heat, when the high temperature resistance wire in the current through, the heat generated through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the metal tube surface diffusion, and then transferred to the heated parts or water to achieve the purpose of heating.
Simple structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, and good adaptability to harsh environment. Stainless steel U-tube can be used for heating of various liquids and acid and alkali salts, and also adapt to the heating and melting of metals with low solubility point (lead, zinc, tin, pasteurized alloy).
