Overview
High frequency welded finned tube heat sink is a type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly heat exchange component recognized domestically. It is a high-frequency welding method that wraps the outer wall of the pipe together while welding it in a spiral shape, greatly increasing the total surface area of the pipe and improving the heat transfer efficiency by 4-7 times compared to ordinary pipes. This machine equipment has advantages such as high welding seam bonding strength, low thermal resistance, large total transverse heat exchange area, compact structure, small size, and saving raw materials. It is precisely because of its above advantages that the "GRD steel finned radiator" developed and designed with high-frequency welded finned tubes has characteristics such as high metal thermal strength, pressure resistance, and large heat dissipation. High frequency welding of finned tubes uses a high-frequency power source as the heat source to simultaneously heat up the steel strip and pipe material, melting them into a whole. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange and dissipation efficiency, large total heat dissipation area, long service life, wide applicability to environmental temperatures, and high compressive strength.
