G-Type Aluminum Fin Tube
Embedded Fin Tubes also called G type Finned Tube, Embedded Finned Tube provides a perfect connection between the fin and the tubes . The Embedded Fin tubes main design is that through professional equipment groove the tubes and fin insert fins into the helical groove. Finally combined the fin and tubes as intergral.
(G-Fins) are made by winding aluminium or copper strip into a helical groove machined on the outer surface of the tube. Embedded Fin tubes can be used in higher temperatures and are very durable. Embedded Fin tubes are best suited for the usages that involve high thermal cycling or high temperatures and where the fin side will be subjected to regular cleaning .

Detailes Of Monel 400 / NO4400 Tube
ASME SB 163 N04400 is a nickel-copper alloy (about 67% Ni – 23% Cu) that is resistant to sea water and steam at high temperatures as well as to salt and caustic solutions. Alloy 400 is a solid solution alloy that can only be hardened by cold working. This nickel alloy exhibits characteristics like good corrosion resistance, good weldability and high strength. Also it is designed with superior strength and excellent mechanical properties.
