Heat Exchanger Tube, ASTM A213 TP444, 1.4521 Stainless Steel Seamless U Bend Tube
As a ferritic stainless steel, TP444 isn't susceptible to stress corrosion cracking. Annealed stainless steel TP444 is ductile and non-heat treatable and can be readily deep drawn and spin formed, provides excellent formability and stretch forming. TP444 doesn't harden excessively during cold working. This steel is usually used in food processing, automotive components and hot-water tanks and heat exchanger tubes, etc.
TP444 Stainless Steel U Bend Tubes have an excellent chemical composition making them suitable for a wide range of applications and environments. These tubes have high levels of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen which provide the strength, formability, and corrosion protection.
