DIN2631 N10276 2.4819 Nickel Alloy Steel Weldneck Flange Raised Face
What is N10276 Flange?
The lower content of carbon in the N10276 Flange is what minimizes the occurrence of carbide precipitation during welding operations. The low carbon content also aids in the maintenance of corrosion resistance properties in as welded structures.
N10276 forged Flanges are available in various sizes and shapes. This is used in temperatures like 450 degree F. This has best corrosion resistance; the quality is excellent and is available in affordable rates.
These flanges reduce turbulence and erosion inside the pipe because the pipe and flange holes match. This also reduces high stress concentrations at the bottom of the butt welded pipe flange hub.
Various types of nickel flanges are available and it is thus used in industries like condensers, heat exchangers, chemicals and in many other industries.

There are several factors to consider when choosing the right flange for your piping system.
These include:
Material
The material of the flange should be compatible with the material of the pipe and the fluid or gas being transported.
Size
Flange size should match the pipe size to ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
Pressure Level
Flanges should be rated to withstand the maximum pressure of the piping system.
Temperature level
Flanges should be rated to withstand the maximum temperature of the piping system.
Corrosion resistance
Flanges should be corrosion-resistant to ensure they do not corrode over time, causing leaks and other ety hazards.
