Extruded Fin Tube ASTM A179 Base Tube ASTM B241 Aluminium 6063 O Fin for Cooling
Yuhong Group's extruded fins consist of a bimetallic tube consisting of an aluminum outer tube and an inner tube of virtually any material. The fins are rolled from the material on the outside of the outer tube, forming a monolithic fin that provides excellent heat transfer and service life.
The strong connection between the fins and the base pipe prevents the fins from loosening due to thermal stress, oxidation, corrosion, etc., so they can be used at extremely high temperatures. This extruded ribbed tube design can be used in virtually any heat transfer application and is particularly suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications. An important feature of this design is that the ribs are effectively connected to the pipe at all temperatures and pressures and can withstand high temperatures on the rib side.
These pipes can be used with a wide range of materials such as carbon steel, low-alloy steel and stainless steel for corrosive flue gas or high-temperature environments.

Extruded Aluminum Finned Tubes
Extruded aluminum finned tubes, also known as "monolithic finned tubes", are made from the base metal of a thick tubular aluminum casing inserted into the fluid handling tube. There is no limit to the material of the fluid handling tube (it can be copper, cupro-nickel, stainless steel, titanium, duplex steel, etc.). The fin cold working process gives the fins excellent mechanical resistance (high fin strength, high resistance to atmospheric corrosion, etc.). The pressure required to extrude the fins from the aluminum casing creates an excellent "pressure bond" between the two materials. In addition, the aluminum fin material completely encases the metal of the tube, so there is no risk of galvanic corrosion at the root of the fin (between the tube and the fin). All these advantages ensure that aluminum fins have the most stable performance of any other fin type.
How does Yuhong Aluminum Extruded Finned Tubes avoid the loss of performance due to the resistance of the tube to fin bonding?
