TP304 TP304L TP316 TP316L Stainless Steel Corrugated Fin Tubes For Preheating Devices
Bellows have a rich track record of delivery in boiler flue pipes, preheaters for waste disposal facilities, heat transfer pipes for preheaters to prevent white smoke, and many other applications.
The shape of the inner surface of the bellows protrudes to create turbulence in the gas flowing through the pipe. This doubles the heat transfer efficiency of the inner pipe. The equipment can be more compact than equipment with the same function but using plain steel pipes with a circular cross-section (smooth pipes), helping to reduce material costs, transport costs and equipment space.
In waste disposal facilities, crude oil boilers and coal boilers, combustible gases mixed with hydrogen chloride and sulphur trioxide in the form of hydrochloric and sulphuric acids can corrode the flue tubes and cause serious problems. Considering the corrosive dew point of hydrochloric and sulphuric acid, stainless steel tubes can't help. Our bellows made of special steel can meet and counteract the corrosive dew point of hydrochloric and sulphuric acid.
