ASTM A105 Carbon Steel Forged Full Coupling NPT 6000LBS B16.11 For Chemical Industry
ASTM A105 Carbon Steel Full Coupling is a short piece of pipe or tube having sockets in one end or both ends, which helps in joining pipes or tubes. ASTM A105 Forged Couplings cover seamless carbon steel forged piping used in high-temperature applications in a pressure system. The differences between Half Coupling and Full Coupling is: Half coupling is only threaded or socket weld at one end, and the other end can be welded directly into the operation of the pipe to form a branch connection. It is a joint that helps to extend or terminate a pipe. On the other hand, full coupling have both ends of threaded or socket welded.
Types Of Couplings:
Full Coupling: Joint two pipe or joint pipe to a nipple.
Half Coupling: Joint one end anther end will be welded directly to the run pipe.
Reducing Coupling:Joint different diameter of pipes.
