ASTM A182 F304L Stainless Steel BLRF Flanges are made up of the 18-8 stainless steel material which contains 18% chromium, 8% nickel, carbon, silicon, sulfur, manganese and phosphorus. The material has good strength and low corrosion resistance. ASTM A182 F304L is a specification for forged stainless steel pipe flanges for high-temperature service. ASTM A182 F304L is also called "18/8" which is derived from the composition of 304L stainless steel being 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It is a low carbon version of stainless steel 304. ASTM A182 F304L Stainless Steel BLRF Flanges is used to connect pipes, pumps, valves to form a piping system. It can also be used in environments sufficiently corrosive.
