ASTM A234 WP22 Pipe Fittings are made up of the specification that has carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, phosphorous, chromium and molybdenum in its composition. This material has good dimensional stability, high toughness and hardness properties while exhibiting superior strength. Usually, fittings belonging to class 1, 2 and 3 are first liquid quenching followed by the performance of a tempering process. The elbows are used to turn the direction of the pipes. There are different classes of these pipe fittings depending on the formation and composition. The ASTM A234 WP22 class 3 Tee is better than the class 1.
