Overview
TP347H stainless steel tube is austenitic stainless and acid resistant steel, widely used in industries such as aviation, petrochemical, food, paper, etc., such as the exhaust main and branch pipes of aircraft engines, hot gas pipelines of turbo compressors, and parts that work under small loads and temperatures not exceeding 850 ℃.
SS347 is a type of stainless steel with excellent stability. Under the conditions of temperature reaching 427-816 ° C and chromium carbide precipitation, good resistance to intergranular corrosion can still be maintained. Due to the addition of titanium in the composition, the SS347 alloy can still maintain stability despite the formation of chromium carbide.
SS347 stainless steel has advantages in working in high-temperature environments due to its excellent mechanical properties. Compared to SS304, SS347 has better ductility and stress fracture resistance.
Characteristics of TP347H stainless steel tube
1. Chemical composition and manufacturing process
TP347H stainless steel pipe is mainly composed of alloy elements such as Cr Ni Mo Ti, among which the C content is less than 0.08%, titanium+niobium ≥ 0.70%, and other elements. This material adopts the production process of seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes.
2. Physical performance
TP347H stainless steel pipe has excellent physical properties, especially high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. Its tensile strength is 515MPa, yield strength is 205MPa, hardness is 81HRB, tensile strength is 74.8Ksi (515MPa), elongation is 35%, and the microstructure is austenite.
3. Chemical properties and corrosion resistance
TP347H stainless steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, which can withstand the corrosion of water vapor, air, food, and chemical substances, including acids, and chloride ions. At the same time, it also has high-temperature strength, which can maintain the chemical stability and physical properties of the material in high-temperature environments.
