Seamless Carbon Steel ASTM A179 G Type Embedded Aluminum Finned Tube for Heat Exchanger
G type embedded fin tubes consist of a base tube with integral fins embedded on the outer surface. The fins are typically made of aluminum or copper materials and are tightly embedded into the tube, providing a strong bond between the fin and the tube. The base tube of G type embedded fin tubes can be made of various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, or non-ferrous metals like copper or aluminum. The choice of material depends on the specific application requirements, such as temperature, pressure, and corrosion resistance.
The embedded fins significantly increase the surface area of the tube, maximizing heat transfer efficiency. The close contact between the fins and the tube enables efficient heat exchange between the fluid flowing inside the tube and the surrounding environment.
Materials
G Type Embedded Finned Tube is combined with two different materials, including core tube grade and fin grade.
Core tube material: carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, copper-nickel alloy, aluminum bronze, nickel alloy.
