Advantages of HH/H finned tube
1) The H-type finned tube economizer instead of the smooth tube economizer can increase the heat exchange area, reduce the number of tubes, increase the flue gas flow section, reduce the flue gas velocity and wear.
2) The H-type finned tube can be made into a "double H" type finned tube with double tubes, which has good structural rigidity and can be used in the case of long tube banks.
3) The H-type finned tube economizer is arranged in sequence. The H-type finned tube divides the space into several small areas, which has the function of flow equalizing and greatly reduces the wear
4) The best soot blowing effect can be obtained by forming a straight channel on both sides of H-shaped fins.
5) The space is compact, the overall weight is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced
6) Energy saving and low power consumption: the economizer used for the generator unit can reduce the heat loss of exhaust gas of the generator by at least two thirds, and only consume 2-4kw per ton of steam

Manufacturing Process
Square or Rectangular H Fins are welded on a steel base tube. We call it H Fin Type Tubing.
Acceptance Criteria
Approved drawing and the delivery conditions (TDC) of clients.
Additional Services
Tube swaging, elbows, bends(90° / 180° or as per client's design).
Quality Tests
The Square or Rectangualr H Finned Tube quality is assured by hydrostatic or pneumatic tests, eddy current tests and tensile tests in order to verify the mechanical bonding between inner tubes and outer fins.
Surface Coating
Outside-Red oxide zinc phosphate primer and inside volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) in water soluble tablet form.
Delivery Condition: Tube ends are square cut, free burrs, internally dried and air blown clean, externally coated with varnish at both ends of Square or Rectangualr Fin Tube.
