Yuhong Group has been operating stainless steel/duplex/nickel seamless pipes for more than 10 years, with annual sales of more than 80,000 tons of stainless steel/duplex/nickel seamless pipes. Our clients have covered more than 45 countries. Our stainless steel seamless pipes are widely used in mining, energy, petrochemical, chemical, food mills, paper mills, gas and fluid industries and more.
Extruded bimetal finned tube
The finned tube is composed of iron-aluminum or copper-aluminum tube rolled fins, which have tight feather shape, small thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, small flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, not easy to deform, cold and heat. Long service life under conditions, etc.
The fins are smooth and burr-free as a whole and easy to clean. When the air-conditioning project is heating and cold, it is easy to make the surface of the fins wet and cold. In the case of heat exchange such as drying and heating, the surface is anodized, with beautiful color and luster, which can effectively prevent surface corrosion.
Rolled finned tubes are integrally rolled from aluminum tubes, and have the characteristics of no contact thermal resistance, high strength, thermal shock and mechanical shock resistance, good thermal performance, and a considerable expansion heat transfer surface. This finned tube heat exchanger is in front of the tube or around the plate.
Extruded finned tubes are bimetallic tubes whose outer aluminium surface is finned by cold plastic deformation.
ASME B163 covers nickel and nickel alloy seamless tubes for condenser and heat exchanger services. This includes outer diameter and average wall, or outer diameter and minimum wall tube. Tubing shall be supplied in the alloys and conditions specified in this specification. Materials shall meet the specified compositional limits for nickel, copper, molybdenum, iron, manganese, carbon, silicon, chromium, aluminum, titanium, phosphorous, cerium, zirconium, yttrium, boron, cobalt, niobium, tungsten, and nitrogen. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and Rockwell hardness of the material shall meet the mechanical property requirements specified in this specification. Test methods such as chemical analysis, tension, rounding procedures, Rockwell hardness, grain size and hardness conversion should be performed.
SB163 SB423 N08825 Nickel Alloy Seamless Pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with added molybdenum and copper. The chemical composition of this nickel steel alloy is designed to provide superior resistance to many corrosive environments. It is similar to Alloy 800 but has improved water corrosion resistance. It has excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and localized corrosion such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 Incoloy 825 is particularly resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acid. This nickel steel alloy is used in chemical processing, pollution control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment.
