1.2 Limitation of use
The allowable pressure and temperature are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with the existing technology and the application of the ety factor in the regulations, codes and standards. Generally, the joint coefficient is used to calculate the thickness of a component containing one or more butt welds, not the circumference:
For random non-destructive testing equipment: 0.85;
For equipment that does not perform non-destructive testing except for visual inspection: 0.7.
1.3 Unless otherwise specified in this part of EN 10253, the general technical delivery requirements of EN 10021 apply.
En 10253-2 pipe fittings have certain technical delivery requirements, such as model, marking, steel grade, packaging, size, etc. It is easy for customers to understand the details through the specifications. Bend En 10253-2-2-A type elbow is similar to type A elbow, but the elbow is longer, eliminating the sudden pressure on the wall. DIN En 10253 2 Type B elbows are very short and can withstand a lot of pressure when turning. However, our BS En 10253-2 Type B elbows and other accessories are composed of excellent quality and carefully tested so that our customers can get the best products.
