ISO9626 Stainless Steel SUS304 Needle Tube, Medical Injection Application
Stainless Steel Needle Tube are small-bore and thin-wall tubes, which are mainly used for medical injection and influsion. Their needle points usually have many kinds of bevel types, like regular bevel, short bevel, intradermal bevel and five bevel, a side hole. The differnt sharpened needle tips can meet different clinical and patient's needs. Most of Stainless Steel Needle Tubes are made by SUS304 material grade, and some of them are made by SUS316L grades, which have good resistant to corrosion and good uniformity. Our stainless steel needle tubes are all up to ISO 9626 international standard and theses needle tubes are sterile and for single use.
The common size gauges of stainless steel needle tubes are between 10G-34G. that is 0.18mm-3.4mm. And the minimum size the we can supply is 0.15mm. Our stainless steel needle tubes have four wall thickness types, including RW, TW, ETW, UTW. And as for length and needle tip shape, we can customize on the basis of client's drawings. Different Bevel Types:
1.Regular Bevel: The most common bevel, which is mainly used for intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
2.Short Bevel: This is designed to control injection depth and to make quick withdrawal or dispersion of fluid.
3.Intradermal Bevel: This tip is designed to make low angle insertion of the needle into the epidermis, which is mainly used for allergy testing.
4.Five-Bevel: The two extra bevels make a thinner and flatter surface which can reduce the pain of patients.
