ASTM A213 TP316L U-tube is an austenitic stainless steel seamless tube designed for high temperature and high pressure environments, and complies with the

requirements of the ASME boiler and pressure vessel specifications. The cold-bent U-shaped structure significantly improves the heat exchange efficiency and is

widely used in the core heat transfer system of power station boilers, petrochemical refining and nuclear power equipment.

Super corrosion resistance

• Molybdenum content of 2.5-3.0%, significantly improving the ability to resist pitting/crevice corrosion

• Low carbon design (C≤0.03%) avoids the risk of intergranular corrosion and passes the ASTM A262 Practice E test

• Chloride tolerance of 2000ppm, far exceeding 304/316 materials

Excellent high temperature performance

• Continuous working temperature range: -196°C to 800°C

• Elongation of ≥14% at 815°C (ASTM E21 test verification)

Precision manufacturing process

• Cold rolling process ensures surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm

• Solution treatment (1050-1150℃ water quenching) achieves grain size ≥7

• U-shaped bending radius accuracy control ±0.5D, ovality ≤5%
