1. By our machine, you can use it to make Light weight, high strength, heavy bearing,and good shock resistance as you can use SG550 Galvanized sheet. Thickness can reach 0.7-1.0mm.

2. At the beginning ,leveling part we use 4 rollers and inside with bearing can avoid won’t scratch the material, then its the main roll forming part. The Shaft diameter is 90mm. Rollers are very thick. Then can make sure the machine is more powerful and usage is no problem.

3.The difficulty of forming this device is that it has too many small rollers.For the cutting system it adopt 3 pcs shearing, which can make sure the profile won’t change the shape and more beautiful. And here use dovetail slide frame cutting , more stable , not pillar structure.The ribs can make more tense with the concrete.
